What we collect

Your name, email address and phone number, and the delivery details in Ghana for each order (recipient name as on their Ghana Card, phone and address). We keep your order history so you can reorder and so we can keep proper accounts.

What we use it for

Only to quote, shop, pack, ship and invoice your orders, and to contact you about them. We do not use your details for marketing unless you opt in, and we never sell or share them except with the courier, who needs the recipient details to deliver.

Payments

You pay by bank transfer. We never see or store card details.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as UK tax rules require. You can ask us to delete your account at any time and we will remove everything not needed for those records.
